Final smoothie

This is going to be a quick post…I just got back from worship team practice at church and I want to drink my smoothie and go to bed! So into the smoothie goes 1 cup raspberries (I mostly thaw them first so they blend better), 6 oz plain yogurt, and 2 tbsp almond butter….I blend this all up until smooth, then add a bit of ice and serve….the almond butter gives it a little something extra….that way I don’t miss the sweetness! I am very much looking forward to my return to my usual foods tomorrow….stay tuned for a wrap-up of my 5 day plan….gotta get to bed so I can hit the gym in the morning!
